Teremana Tequila Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-picked and trimmed by local farmers in Jalisco, Mexico's highlands. The agaves are then roasted in a brick oven for three days to convert components into fermentable sugar. Next, the plant cores are shredded to extract the sugary-sweet liquid, which is fermented in open tanks. This extraction process gives the tequila much of its flavor before being distilled in handmade copper pot stills. Unlike Teremana Añejo which is aged upto a maximum of 2 years, Teremana Reposado is aged upto a maximum of 1 year. Teremana Blanco is not aged at all which is why it is crystal clear in colour.

Where does Teremana Reposado come from?
A small town in the highlands of Jalisco is where Teremana Tequila is created. Dwayne worked with a Mexican family-owned distillery to build a unique home on the grounds solely for Teremana - Destilería Teremana de Agave.
It is at this precise location where they craft Teremana with a love for great tequila made the right way, in small batches, by hand.

If the item(s) have not been despatched then you retain the right to cancel your order at anytime and receive a full refund within 14 days.

We only use tracked, fully insured delivery postage services, our couriers keep a detailed log of the delivery process.
The courier will inform you of your delivery day and time via email or phone and then attempt to complete the delivery. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to not receiving instructions by the receiver or no one, over the age of 18, is able to accept the parcel at the receivers address then, after delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the parcel will be automatically returned to Premium Tequila.
If the parcel is automatically returned to Premium-Tequila after attempted delivery has been unsuccessful and the buyer requests a refund then the standard postage fee will be deducted from the refund for items sent by standard postage, if the buyer selected same day or next day or express delivery then the applicable fee, will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We strive for all our customers to receive their orders in flawless condition; however, damages can sometimes happen.
If a parcel is broken in transit then our couriers do not deliver it. If a damaged parcel is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, so we can investigate promptly. This reporting request does not affect your statutory rights. You must also keep the damaged item(s), all the original packaging, including the box, postage label and internal packing filler as these items will be requested and we can not validate the damage without these items.
We are committed to resolving any issues with faulty items as swiftly as possible, but it's crucial that you inform us as soon as you discover the fault to facilitate a prompt resolution.
Please provide as much information as possible regarding the damage. Additionally, we may request photographs capturing any damage, encompassing the entire packaging including shipping label for insurance purposes.
