Delivery

All orders are fully insured for loss or damage.

We pack each individual bottle with a tight fitting inflatable bottle protector and then surround it with shredded packing protection before boxing.

48 Hour tracked delivery is FREE for orders of £100 and over.

48 Hour tracked delivery is £3.99 for orders below £100.

Express delivery options are available for £9.99

Items ordered by 10:00am will be despatched the following day.

Northern Ireland standard delivery is £9.99.

Northern Ireland express delivery is £19.99.

 

Returns

You can cancel your purchase at anytime before it has been despatched.

We have a 7-day return policy for items that have been despatched, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, please note that this only relates to items that are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@premium-tequila.co.uk. We will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return has been authorised you have a maximum of one month to ensure that we receive your returned purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special order/personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company, usually 3 to 5 working days, to process and return the refund. We have the right to cancel and refund any order.
