She's certainly kept to the authentic Mexican tequila-producing methods and traditions, working closely with local family-owned agave farms and distilleries in Jalisco, Mexico.
818 Tequila is produced using traditional methods in Jalisco, Mexico at a family owned and operated distillery. 818 Anejo is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-picked by jimadores and slowly roasted in brick ovens for 40 hours before being fermented, distilled and lastly aged in French oak barrels for 1 year before being exported to the UK.

How to enjoy 818 Tequila Anejo
818 Anejo is said to have a dessert-like quality to it due to a very smooth taste, with notes of toffee, chocolate and vanilla. This makes for a perfect nightcap or just to sip on the rocks. 818 Anejo’s rich and vibrant flavour also makes it the perfect addition to many cocktails.

Try the "818 Old Fashioned" cocktail.
You will need 5ml of agave nectar, 1 dash Angostura bitters, some orange peel, 75ml of 818 Anejo tequila and a brandied cherry for garnish.
To make the cocktail, in a mixing glass, lightly muddle the agave nectar, bitters and orange peel together. Then add the tequila, and fill with ice and stir until well-chilled. Lastly, strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We strive for all our customers to receive their orders in flawless condition; however, damages can sometimes happen.
If a parcel is broken in transit then our couriers do not deliver it. If a damaged parcel is delivered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, so we can investigate promptly. You must also keep the damaged item(s), all the original packaging, including the box, postage label and internal packing filler as these items will be requested and we can not validate the damage without these items.
